Interesting.
The kid seems to spend a fair amount of time on its back.
Given that it doesn't sit, there are only four positions; tummy, left side, right side, and back.
But as an adult, I would rarely lay on my back and play with something. However, if one couldn't sit, I imagine that laying on the back and interacting with a hand-held object would be the next best alternative.

But, unlike adults, it is rarely still and is almost constantly in motion.
