Fire Update

Many thanks to everyone for their kind comments and wishes.
We are still here at home, awaiting an order to evacuate. Morale was greatly improved in the Hsieh household this evening thanks to a delicious meal of pork chops and apples with a sage cream sauce. (That's one of my favorite recipes from the always-amazing Cooks Illustrated.) Earthly pleasures are, I submit, essential in a crisis. The Hayman fire is now the largest wildfire in Colorado history.
